Sebeta Agro Industry is a leading agricultural and dairy production company established in Ethiopia 1998 , located 25 km from the capital city, Addis Ababa, in the Oromia region. It was founded by Mrs. Muluka Adem and her husband, along with shareholders Mrs. Sara Hassen Adem and Mr. Barule Mohammed Ahmed. a vision to revolutionize the dairy sector, we are committed to delivering high-quality, fresh, and nutritious dairy products to our customers. Our flagship brand, Mama Milk, represents our dedication to excellence and innovation in the dairy industry. The company operates in the agro-industry sector, focusing on improved dairy cow breeding, animal feed processing, and producing over 100,000 liters of dairy and dairy products daily. Additionally, the company is in the process of establishing a modern food and beverage processing factory. The founders are women entrepreneurs and investors with extensive educational backgrounds. Currently, the company has created job opportunities more than 500 permanent employees, over 300,000 farmers who supply raw milk, and 1000 women and young people who distribute and sell its products in the market. It is the largest milk processing company in Ethiopia and fulfills its social responsibility by providing drinking water to surrounding communities and building schools for local citizens.

Mrs. Muluka Adem
Founder and President
Mrs. Muluka Adem was the creator of several enterprises in Ethiopia. Her vision was so brilliant and scalable that the idea of developing the Sebeta Agro Industry (Mama's Milk) was one of them. Furthermore, her dedication to creating and expanding the SAI is scalable in terms of establishing animal farms, dairy farms, and animal feed processing, and she intends to incorporate SAI from other nations producing the same dairy and diary products.

Mrs. Sara Hassen Adem has a wealth of experience and extensive involvement not only within Sebeta Agro Industry Ltd but also across various prominent organizations in the nation. She serves as a Board Member of Rammis Bank S.C., the President of the Board for African Holding Share Company, a Board Member of the Ethiopian Athletics Federation, and a Board Member of Lenegwa Women's Rehabilitation Centre established by the Mayor office of Addis Ababa. Beyond her professional roles, Mrs. Sara is deeply engaged in community and humanitarian work, demonstrating a strong commitment to societal development and welfare.

Mr. Mulugeta Yimer was served in various organizations as different management system, quality assurance, process technology and technic manager in more than 10 manufacturing companies and coordinates different projects. Throughout his career, Mulugeta has supported national quality infrastructure in the country level dairy and dairy processing Industries, food and beverage industries, chemical industries, healthcare across industries in major transformational programs Quality and productivity management support. Mulugeta received his MSC in Quality and Productivity Management, MA In Management and BSc In Industrial Chemistry.
